Wyman came out and saved the day when we needed help with our water sort we when we moved in. They installed a new one right away and fixed the line to my refrigerator as well without me asking them to. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated the honesty. They really took the time to ask questions and inform of things I needed to be aware of. I highly recommend them. The staff is super friendly and reliable as well. Very pleased. They also removed and installed a new water heater for me recently too.

On my first review of Wyman Plumbing a week ago, I gave a three star rating without a comment, hoping someone would reach out to me. My hunch worked and I was contacted by Tamra Wyman, co-owner asking what was wrong. I explained to her, originally I received was a quote to replace a wax seal on my toilet. I was satisfied and agreed to have them do the work. In the process, we noticed a bad gasket in the tank and decided to change them. When the worker finished and gave me the bill, I was dumbfounded as to how much I was being charged for the extra work. I confronted him and he told me he had knocked off $50.00. Right then, I felt I was being ripped off. I wanted to call, but was so mad my wife suggested to let it go and not use them again. Her cooler head prevailed. So, on to the three star rating. Her response after she heard me out, was wow, I am so sorry, the workman charged you way too much. She informed me he was no longer working for them, because of other problems and was returning the cost of the additional work. I was stunned and because of her response told her she didn't have to do that. She insisted! Monday, I was in my office and a car drove up to my home and a young lady knocked on my door. She introduced herself as Tamra Wyman in person. She personally delivered a check to my home. I was totally surprised by this outreach. This has never happened to me before. So, in closing, I have to say, Wyman Plumbing turned out to be an honest, business who cares for their customers and integrity of their name and business. She even sat down with me and we had a wonderful conversation. I feel like I found a new friend. Needless to say, I will use Wyman Plumbing as long as I am in Phoenix, AZ.

I use Wyman plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Every time Someone comes out they are on time and very knowledgeable ! Highly rec them ! Received emails ,phone call and text about appointment ahead of time and when the tech is on the way. Their prices are very fair and you will always get a quote before work is started. Great people and a great company!!! I highly recommend them.

We bought an R/O system at a charity auction that had been donated by Wyman Plumbing. When they went out to our vacation home to install it, they discovered an unrelated but major problem. They provided us with a reasonable estimate, then returned promptly to do the work in our absence. Honest and trustworthy, and we'd highly recommend them.

Wyman was great! They were on time, did what needed to be done, suggested solutions for the long-term fix, but were not pushy about it. They had good follow up and pricing was good. I will certainly be calling them again as I have more plumbing work that needs to be accomplished, and I know that I can count on them.

We installed a new gas range and the existing pipe did not allow the range to be pushed back against the wall and forced it to stick out into the kitchen a few inches. The plumber from Wyman assessed the situation and relocated the pipe to a location where the range could fit snugly. He did this within the timeframe and cost estimate we were provided. We were very satisfied and happy. We’ll use Wyman again for future plumbing needs.

Honest & reasonably. I've been using Wyman for 4 years now. no issues, prompt, and always helpful. When my water heater went out, they walked me through shutting it down & were out in less than 24 hrs to install a new one... on a saturday.

We used Wyman Plumbing about a year ago to replace our water heater. We were so glad to have a really nice plumber who did the job quickly. When we recently needed our leaking garbage disposal replaced, Wyman was the only plumber for me..Again, and friendly efficient plumber who provided me options for my repair. He did a great, efficient job. The price was great, the execution quick and well done. Thank you Wyman, you are MY plumber.

Wyman plumbing came out to fix a toilet tank that had developed a leak. He arrived on time to the quickly made appointment, fixed the leak, and cleaned up after the work. Pricing was on par with other plumbers as I had had another toilet tank mechanisms replaced the year prior. I recommend him. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and took care in my home.

I can't say anything but great things about this Plumbing company! I was on a job when my water heater at my home went down and couldn't get it taken care of myself. I called Tamra at Wyman and she was on it fast! She offered to pull a technician immediately if I needed it! I told her it could wait till end of day and scheduled at 4 PM. Her technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and the water heater was up and running in under an hour! I was also given a through consultation with all pricing on the phone which was awesome! No suprises and great service .

Wyman Plumbing was awesome - we had our hot water heater give up on us, 3 days before we were to go out of town for an extended period of time. Tamra was extremely helpful in addressing our problem and accommodated us so we not only had a very skilled technician (Romeo) out to diagnose the issue that afternoon, they were able to install a replacement the next morning. That way we were confident we had a new water heater in place and up & running before we had to leave. And the pricing was fair, competitive, even less than some other outfits that I contacted for comparison. Great customer service, super technicians/installers - I plan on contacting Wyman Plumbing with any future plumbing needs.

When our hot water heater went out, I searched the local homeowner association website for reviews. Wyman Plumbing had outstanding five-star reviews so I decided to go with them. I'm happy to say I am glad I did! Their price for completing the whole job was very reasonable. The process was quick and tidy! Best of all we have a trusted plumber we can call. The owner was one of the two guys who were on the job, instilling an even greater level of confidence. He was very knowledgable, very nice, too, and they have a new customer. Highly recommend!

Wyman Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet for us. The plumber was efficient and knowledgeable, and replaced the old faucet with the new one in a timely fashion. I particularly like the fair and reasonable fees Wyman charges for services rendered. This visit was our second by Wyman Plumbing, and it won’t be the last, as they now are our ‘only’ go-to for plumbing needs. (Tamra is the perfect first contact for the company -- she is awesome!)

We had a huge dilemma- root invasion in the main water line which backed up into house. I called Wyman Plumbing and they responded quickly and handled the issue with such professionalism. They saved us thousands of dollars. How do I know? It’s the second time this happened to us in the last 6 years we’ve owned our home. I am so glad I chose Wyman. This company is absolutely awesome! We had a water heater go out and they were at our house the very next day to install a new one. Then we had our pressure valve go out and they were once again there the very next day. From the lady that answers the phone to AJ who was the tech that fixed everything, pure professionalism across the board and an absolute pleasure to work with! We had other plumbing companies bid us outrageous prices, but Wyman is pretty spot on. They will be the only plumbing company i will ever use from here on out. They were referred to me and I will literally refer them to everyone I know. This company is by far the best in the valley!!!

Constant running water is not only a waste of life's essential resource, it can be very costly in AZ. We had an emergency of broken shower valve in one of our bathrooms at early hours on the weekend. The first plumbing company who answered our call for help was WPM and within matter of short time they were at our property. They were not only quick and efficient in resolving/fixing the valve issue, they were polite, professional and respectful caring to our property as the wore booties on their shoes and ensured perfect clean up after finishing up the job- WOW who does all of that these days. Well, WPM is the one who is doing all of that and delivery exceptional customer experience without having to charge extra. Hands down the best plumbing and mechanical services in town. I wish I could give them more than FIVE Stars!
