They had one on the truck was able to fix same day . Very pleased. 4 days later I call back now frig and freezer not staying cold. Robert comes out again next day. Robert goes out of his way to read the paperwork I received earlier from LG about a bad compressor . He makes the extra effort to check to see if it's working.. it's not. Luckily he points out it's still under warranty with LG. I would highly recommend this company, very honest!"
